Topsail
Hill Preserve State Park
In 1998, the Gregory E. Moore RV Resort
was purchased. Today the park encompasses
1,640 acres. The park has 14 natural wild
plant communities from beach dunes to pine
flatwoods. Coastal dune lakes, wet prairies,
and maritime hammocks are rare and unique
communities found in this park.
Stephen
Foster State Folk Culture Center State Park
The newly renovated campground offers 45
new sites with electricity available and
two state of the art bathhouses. Pets are
now welcome in Stephen Foster's campground,
with proof of Rabies vaccination.
Anastasia
State Park
The park boasts a broad beach flanked by
sand dunes and a lagoon bordered by rich
tidal marshes. A hardwood forest of ancient
wind swept oaks was in its youth when Juan
Ponce de Leon landed near the area, giving
Florida its name.
Highlands Hammock State Park
Campers will find a tent and trailer campground with; sanitary dumping station, restrooms with hot and cold showers, electric and water hookups. All 154 sites are ADA accessible. A remote camping area and youth camping area with a pit toilet is available for groups.
Check-out time is 1:00 p.m., and check-in time is 3:00 p.m.
Camping fees vary from park to park and some parks have seasonal camping rates. Fees may be found by clicking here, or on the park's home page on the middle-right blue bar.
The base camping fee includes four people per site. ($2 per night per person for each additional person)
Most campsites are soft pad gravel.
Each campsite is equipped with water and electric. There is a $2 electricity fee.
Every park has a centrally located dump station.
There are additional fees for waterfront locations and extra vehicles.
One vehicle (in tow) is allowed per campsite. Any extra vehicle is $3 per vehicle per night
