Baked Potato

4 medium potatoes
1 medium onion
preheat oven to 400 degrees, wash and dry tatoes.
Cut the potato (but only 3/4 through) into 4 slices.
Slice onion into 1/4 inch slices then in half, put
onion inside potato slices. Rub potato with butter
and wrap in tin foil cook for one hour. |
